The objective was to develop a campaign to motivate Gen Z customers to download the McDonald's app. The solution needed to be scalable and adaptable across various regions. Through extensive research, we found that Gen Z is mainly going to McDonalds late at night. Below, is the strategy and work involved to bring the McDetour to life.
